1998 Tampa Bay Devil Rays Autograph samples

Autograph samples of the 1998 Tampa Bay Devil Rays made available by the McKenney family Autograph Baseball collection. The collection of Autographed official American League and MLB baseballs began early in the 1998 inaugural season of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, and continues today. The collection was displayed in public for the first time at the Devil Rays 2001 FanFest held at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida, then again during their 2002 event. Stories have been written in the St. Petersburg Times (Collecting More Than Just Memories, 7/27/02), the Tampa Tribune (Fanatics: Family Has Collected A Showcase of Rays History, 5/1/02) and was featured in the April '05 issue of Autograph Collector's Magazine.
