NOTES

1989 Topps Sports Talk features a 164 "talking baseball card" set produced by toy maker LJN under license from Topps. Measuring 3.25" x 5.25" the cards made in the style of 1989 Topps baseball cards, have a plastic coating with a small phonograph record on the back. When inserted into the special Sports Talk player, it plays a brief interview with a player. Don Drysdale interviewed the players of the National League for their cards and Joe Torre did the same for the American League players. The "talking" baseball card set includes: 8 Greatest Games, 33 Superstars, 122 Current Players/Managers.

The actual cards in this set are numbered according to the 1989 Topps base set, which does not reflect on this checklist.
