Produced by Michael Schechter Associates (MSA) the 1991 Jimmy Dean baseball card set consist of 25 card that measure 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" The cards were made available through specially marked packages of Jimmy Dean Sausage. During the promotion, uncut sheets were offered by the company through a mail-in offer involving Jimmy Dean proofs of purchase. The front of the red bordered cards feature color photos with the player name, team, and position below. The card backs are printed in red  and white with a gold boarder and is numbered.
