Glove This J.C. Higgins glove features include a "Pro
Maker" model, and "Sure-Trap" pocket, which means the
glove was manufactured by Denkert, under the J.C. Higgins
brand name, to be sold in Sears department stores and mail
order catalogs.
The glove has a one piece
stitched tunnel web design AKA "Barrel Web" that is
anchored to the crotch, and double laced fingers. The
catalog number 1674 is a "Full Right" made for a left
handed thrower. The Right handers Mickey Mantle glove is
catalog number 1673.
