is a Vintage New York Yankees
American League Champion 1952 Banner. These banners were sold at
Yankee Stadium, and Ebbets field during the
1952 World Series. They are more rare than the conventional Pennants sold, but were more common to the era.
Pennants or banners of the winning team of the World Series typically sell at a higher price, in this case the
Brooklyn Dodger banner could sell at a higher price or at least the same.
The New York Yankees Beat the Brooklyn Dodgers
in the 1952 World Series four game to three. The
top of this banner (not shown) has a yellow seam that
came with a stick inserted into it for hanging.
