1964 St. Louis Cardinals National League Champs Pennant.
This
vintage pennant featuring a cardinal perched atop of the
stadium, runner sliding, and
St. Louis Cardinals National League Champs in white on red was sold at Sportsman's Park
during the 1964 World Series. Championship pennants like
this are more rare only being sold during the World
Series, as compared to the World Series Champion
pennants that were sold throughout the following season.
Condition
is important on putting a value on a pennant. Common
flaws with pennants are missing ties, pin holes, frying,
creases, and crazing or cracked printing. All or
any flaws will bring the value down significantly
accordingly.
