The Spalding Advisory Staff
Photos were issued from the 1950s through to the 1970s.
The 8 x 10 Black & White photos
(a few in Color) were a promotional item distributed to
stores that sold Spalding sporting goods for display.
They were sometimes given to customers. The Advisory Staff
Photos featured players that were under contract to
endorsed and use their product. Typically a Glove. Some
photos have a facsimile signature of the player. The
players are listed in alphabetical order, with team and
