The 1969
Fleer Baseball Trophy Cap Plaque set consist of 23 of
the 24 teams that played in Major League baseball at the
time. Although a Montreal Expos Cap Plaque is mentioned in
several price guides, this trophy plaque has not been confirmed
to exist. The 3D thin plastic plaques measure 3" x 4",
and featured an impression of the cap of "Your Favorite
Team" along with an Official N.L. or A.L. baseball. The
plaques were sold individually in wrappers, and came with
an easel backing board, that was to be glued to the
plastic with rubber cement. The plaques are not numbered,
and the checklist is in alphabetical order by city.
