Busch Stadium that attended the last game Stan Musial played on September 29,1963. The photo came in a windowed envelope with printing on the flap that reads 'Presented with the compliments of the St. Louis Cardinals to the fans who attended Stan's last game as an active player' The
picture features the facsimile signature of Stan Musial
at the bottom right corner.
