This Billy Southworth Trademark
signature model baseball bat was made
by the
Joseph G. Kren Co. of Syracuse for
the WM. N Gregoire Athletic Goods Co.,
a distributor of Kren Bats.
Establish in Buffalo NY, by William N. Gregoire in 1919, the WM. N.
Gregorie Athletic Goods Company
carried; a complete line of sporting
goods, and furnishing goods for men
including shirts, ties, and underwear.
Gregoire was acquainted with the
athletic goods business, as he was
connected formerly with the Athletic
goods house of the E.J Rose. Mr.
Gregoire died in 1925, and with the
Great Depression nearing, the company
might have closed shortly after.
