Officially licensed by the MLBPA -
Major League Baseball Players
Association, "The Original Micro Stars
Collectors Series" was issued in 1995.
The set of miniature figurines consists
of 50 players, packaged with a backing
card with an illustrated baseball field
and player name on the front. The back
of he card has a short career bio,
players name, position, team, birth
date, Ht., Wt., bats, throws, and
acquired information. It also has a
checklist for all 50 players, and team.
The mini-statue stands on a white base
with red baseball stitches, and the
players name embossed across the front.
Players either hold a baseball bat, or
ball and glove. The unnumbered figurines appear on the
checklist in alphabetical order.
