In 1973 Seven-Eleven stores released
this 80 trading cup set, 60 Super
Stars, and 20 Hall Of Fame Stars. The
white plastic 16 oz. "Slurpee" cups
measures about 5.25 inches tall, 3.25
inches diameter at the top and 2 inches
at the bottom. The fronts feature a
color portrait of a player along with,
a facsimile autograph, his name, and
team. The Hall of Fame players are gold
and brown, with stars surrounding the
head. The back includes a short
career-bio with the 7-Eleven logo at
the top in team colors, and the
player's team logo at the bottom. The
7-Eleven logo is golden/yellow on the
Hall of Fame cups, and no team logo.
The stores also handed out a "Score Card" Players in the checklist are in
alphabetical order, and Hall of Fame
players are followed by an Asterisk.
