This is a the St. Louis Cardinals scorecard that was sold at Busch Stadium, from Stan Musial's last game as an active player on September 29,1963. The inside of the scorecard featured a standard score sheet that reads "Stan's Last Game - September 29, 1963" at the top. This is what distinguishes a scorecard from this game to others from that year. Fans that attended the game also received an 8x10" photo. The photo came in a windowed envelope with printing on the flap that reads 'Presented with the compliments of the St. Louis Cardinals to the fans who attended Stan's last game as an active player' The picture features the facsimile signature of Stan Musial at the bottom right corner.
