NOTES:

The sheet music (instrumental) for The Spectator March and Two Step," By Joseph Perrong, Composer of Affinity March, a Two Sep, was published in 1909, by Edwin A. Bowen of Malden, Massachusetts.

Cover art Art by "Gesner of Boston," depicts a palisade wooden fence wall with a barefoot boy on his knees peering through a hole in the fence. Next to him, his dog also peers through a separate hole. A ring baseball bat lies ion the ground. A sign on the wall reads "Boston Vs. New York To-Day." The back of the cover features sample sheet for "Twilight Memories" and "Twinkling Star"

The music was more than likely performed to spectators before or during breaks in a ball game. Listen to it here on YouTube
