There are eight different sponsors in the 11 years from 1987-1997, including one year without, and there are no player endorsements. WABC Radio, the Yankees flagship station starts it off in 1987. The MSG Network picks up the cable television rights to the New York Yankees in 1989, and becomes a Bat Day sponsor in 1990. NatWest Bank picks up two years, 1993, 1994 and uses two different logos on the bat. One reads, "NatWest" the other "NatWest Bank"
Emigrant Savings Bank sponsors the Yankees Bat day promotion from 1996 to 2000. There are two different logos used. One that reads "Emigrant" with "Savings Bank" below, with the Yankees Script logo, and the other reads "Emigrant.com" with the Yankees Top Hat Logo. 1998 has not been confirmed yet, and it is unclear what years the Emigrant.com bats were issued. This information will be up-dated when it becomes available.
