"Junior Major Leaguer" was a line of
sports clothing promoted in 1963, which
included; T-shirts, sweatshirts,
baseball caps, sweat socks, baseball
uniforms, and Jackets. The tailored red
or blue, heavyweight cotton poplin
jacket featured;
a zipper
front, raglan sleeves with braid, and a
National or American League
emblem emblazoned on the back.
The Junior Major Leaguer sports clothing were sold in discount, and
department stores such as Mays, Great
Eastern Mills, J.M. Fields, Gertz,
Bradlees, and Two Guys. Major League
ball players such as Harmon Killebrew,
Eddie Mathews, and Joe Pepitone made
appearances to sign autographs at
selected stores. Mays department store
offered free autographed photos of
Yankee stars; Joe Pepitone, Elston
Howard, Clete Boyer, Ralph Terry, and
Tom Tresh. A free autographed baseball
came with any purchase of any Junior
Major Leaguer item.

Robinson, Romano, Berra, Rollins,
Gentile Wagner, Killebrew, Yastrzemski,
Allison, Kaline, Colavito, and Tresh.
The National League Stars jacket emblem feature 13 players; Robinson, Mays, Boyer,
Thomas, Spahn, Davis, Matthews, Cepeda,
Groat, Koufax, Banks, Clemente and
Mahaffey.
