recording features interviews with;
Mickey
Mantle, Ralph Houk, Mel Stottleymre,
Elston Howard, Joe Pepitone, Tommy Tresh,
Frank Crosetti and Jerry Coleman. Written
by Bob Bundin and Lou Stallman in 1967, introduced by
Jerry Coleman, the
record also includes the theme music
from “Here Comes The Yankees,” by Sid
Bass and his Orchestra. The theme music
was used for many years as the opening
for games televised on New Yorks WPIX
channel 11 in the 1970s through to the
early 1990s
