NOTES:

The 1912 season complimentary ticket book printed for the Greater New York Base Ball Club, the Highlanders of the American League did not include the date on the tickets. This New York Highlanders Home Schedule is a list of home games to help attribute the number on a ticket to the game(s) played. Correctly attributing the game number on a ticket to the game played will effect the value. A ticket stub will increase in value due to a significant event, or player milestone. A hitting or pitching milestone by a noted player such as a Home Run by a Hall of Fame player like Tris Speaher, a shutout thrown by Walter Johnson, or the Last Game played at Hilltop Park will have added value.

1912 was the final season for the Highlanders, before being named the New York Yankees the following year in 1913. It was the teams final season playing their home games at Hilltop Park (1903-1912). This was also the first year that the New York Yankees franchise wore Pinstripes.

In 1912 the Highlanders were scheduled to play 154 games. 77 Road games, and 77 Home games. NOTE: The Highlanders played 76 home games in 1912. Game No. 33, vs. the Philadelphia Athletic was rained out, and not made up. Game No. 65, an official game, was played to a tie on August 26, vs. the Cleveland Naps. The game was replayed on August 28, and added to scheduled Game No. 67. Ticket No. 67 was used for admission to both games.

Up until 1923 traditional Holiday Double Headers in New York City had separate admissions. Double header games were scheduled as A.M. & P.M. or Morning Game & Afternoon Game. Tickets for games that were rained out were voided. If the "Make Up Game" for the rain out was added to another scheduled game to create a double header, the ticket number of that scheduled game was used for admission to both games. If the rain out game was made up on an off day, the "Extra" ticket in the book would have been used.
