NOTES:

"The Glory Of Their Times" LP Record Album is "The Story Of The Early Days Of Baseball Told By The Men Who Played It." This album contains highlights selected from the famous tapes - now in the Library of the Baseball Hall of Fame at Cooperstown - from which the book by Lawrence S. Ritter, "The Glory Of Their Times' was written. "The way it was in the days that Ty Cobb, Lou Gehrig, Babe Ruth, and Houus Wagner made the fans root, root, root, for the home team."

The album cover by Izzy Sanabria, pictures Ty Cobb sliding into third base. The back cover feature a short bio on Interviewer, Producer, and Editor – Lawrence S. Ritter, credits, and the contents of the record, which include players; Edd Roush, Fred Snodgrass, Sam Crawford, Goose Goslin, Rube Marquard, Lefty O'doul Chief Meyers, and Davy Jones. An alternative version of this recording also exists with the cover featuring "Rube Marquard" joining the Giants in 1908. This might be the first release. (See Below Left Column)
