NOTES:

Established in 1943 Cambridge Sporting Goods Corp. was a sporting Goods wholesale distributor located in North Bergen NJ, with warehouses located in, Hillside NJ, Los Angeles, CA. Eugene, OR, Muncie IN, and Slidell, LA. They carried a full line of sporting goods made by the major manufactures but also carried a Cambridge line of sporting goods that were manufactured in Japan and privately branded for them. Some later gloves were produced in Taiwan, and Korea.

In 1961 Cambridge, along with A.J. Hollander, and the Olympic sporting Goods Co. were prosecuted by the Federal Trade Commission, because the gloves they were importing from Japan had the names of ballplayers that did not legally give endorsements to use their names. Player names misused: Tony Kubek, Elston Howard, Rocky Colavito, Al Kaline, Whitey Ford, Early Wynn, Duke Snider, Bill Skowron, and Jim Bunning.

Other Cambridge block letter player endorsed baseball gloves include: Eddie Stanky F-202; Ralph Kiner F30; Red Schoendienst AS4; Reese Model PR5; Pee Wee Reese NL2, NL4, NL13 Signature Model; Whitey Ford WF 5; Sandy Amaros SA4; Mickey Mantle MM5; Billy Martin BM5; Bobby Richardson BR55; Stan Musial SM2; Stan Musial F859; Sparky Lyle 1393; Tommy Agee K925 Autograph Model; Fritz Peterson Registered 842002; Hank Aaron HA6 Fielders Golves - Hodges Model 8151; Joe Adcock B153; Hank Greenberg FMC; Johnny Mize FMC; Orlando Cepeda 8149 First Base Mitts - Yogi Berra C 905 Catchers mitt; Roy Campanella C309 Catchers Mitt.
